About The Position

This is a mid-level role for an Associate Product Manager with a maximum of 7 years of experience. The position requires a Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Digital Product Management, or a related field. Foundational experience in Product Management or a related role is necessary, along with familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles. The role involves strong written communication skills for drafting requirements and documentation, an analytical mindset for data interpretation, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams. The Associate Product Manager will be an effective collaborator, comfortable working across business and technical teams, and possess basic technical fluency. Experience supporting digital products, internal tools, and backend services is required, as is exposure to enterprise-level content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager. Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with complex regulatory requirements is also beneficial.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and execution of the roadmap for Lounge Services
• Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Partner closely with engineering, content, and design teams to support feature development, testing, and launch readiness.
• Maintain and groom product backlogs to ensure clarity, prioritization alignment, and delivery efficiency.
• Track feature progress, proactively identify risks or dependencies, and escalate as appropriate.
• Support definition of KPIs and success metrics for new features and enhancements.
• Analyze performance data and customer feedback to inform iteration opportunities.
• Aid in the coordination of cross-functional communication to ensure stakeholders are aligned on timelines, scope, and launch expectations.
