About The Position

This role is for an Associate Product Manager within the Information Technology department, focusing on the Retail Pharmacy sector. The position requires a strong understanding of retail pharmacy operations and extensive experience in product ownership, including user story and feature grooming. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Requirements

Experience in Retail Pharmacy.
Experience Hands-on User Story, Feature grooming.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
5+ years of experience in Retail Pharmacy as functional SME.
10+ years of experience working as Product Owner
Strong work ethic, self-starter, and able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Strong business process acumen with experience in supporting business stakeholders.
Business-level communication is a must.
Effective Communication: Clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership: Make informed decisions promptly, balancing risks and benefits. Take responsibility for the success and failures, leading by example.
