About The Position

AdTechNacity, LLC is seeking an Associate Product Manager in Atlanta, GA. This role involves managing internal products from concept to iteration, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes. The Associate Product Manager will oversee the development and optimization of Adtechnacity’s tracking system and Content Management System. This position requires collaboration with developers to define sprint stories, manage delivery schedules, and ensure successful adoption of new solutions. The role also involves partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, leading product launches, user onboarding, and post-release evaluations for continuous improvement. Additionally, the Associate Product Manager will maintain and iterate on existing solutions to enhance performance and usability, utilize various software tools for workflow management and progress tracking, and conduct cross-functional meetings to align priorities and execution plans. Telecommuting is permitted on Monday and Friday.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalency) in Technology Management or closely related field.
• One year of experience in the offered role or any role involving experience with the assessment of markets, products, and new technologies within the product development growth cycle.
• Experience collaborating with developers, designers, and non-technical stakeholders in startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across teams to translate business requirements into clear technical roadmaps.
• Lead product launches, user onboarding, and post-release evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain, support, and iterate on existing solutions to enhance performance and usability.
• Use a variety of software and tools to manage workflows, track progress, and facilitate collaboration.
• Run regular cross-functional meetings to align priorities and execution plans.
