About The Position

AdTechNacity, LLC is seeking an Associate Product Manager in Atlanta, GA. This role involves managing internal products from conception to iteration, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for the development and optimization of Adtechnacity’s tracking system and Content Management System. This position requires close collaboration with developers to define sprint stories, manage delivery timelines, and ensure successful adoption of new solutions. The role also involves partnering with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps, leading product launches, user onboarding, and post-launch evaluations for continuous improvement. Additionally, the Associate Product Manager will maintain and iterate on existing solutions to improve performance and usability, utilize various software tools for workflow management and progress tracking, and conduct regular cross-functional meetings to align priorities and execution plans. Telecommuting is permitted on Monday and Friday.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalency) in Technology Management or closely related field.
  • One year of experience in the offered role or any role involving experience with the assessment of markets, products, and new technologies within the product development growth cycle, including experience collaborating with developers, designers, and non-technical stakeholders in startup environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage several internal products from concept through iteration, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of Adtechnacity’s tracking system and Content Management System.
  • Collaborate with developers to write and refine sprint stories, maintain delivery schedules, and ensure smooth adoption of released solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to translate business requirements into clear technical roadmaps.
  • Lead product launches, user onboarding, and post-release evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain, support, and iterate on existing solutions to enhance performance and usability.
  • Use a variety of software and tools to manage workflows, track progress, and facilitate collaboration.
  • Run regular cross-functional meetings to align priorities and execution plans.
