Define the product vision and strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to set a clear vision for the product(s). Develop a strategic plan that aligns with the company’s objectives and market demands. Prioritize product features and create detailed product plans: Work with engineering and design teams to prioritize features based on user needs, market research, and business goals. Develop comprehensive product plans and timelines Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to development, testing, and release. Ensure each phase meets quality standards and deadlines. Act as a liaison between users, customers, and internal teams. Regularly collect and analyze feedback to inform product improvements and new features. Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Use this information to differentiate the product and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the Product Development team to maintain and prioritize the product backlog and develop launch plans to ensure successful rollouts Drive performance against key performance indicators and balance short-term improvements with long-term investments to maximize ROI
