Requirements

2+ years at a SaaS company (Support, Onboarding, Solutions Engineering, Engineering or similar).
You have a familiar understanding of relational databases, with the curiosity to go deeper and are comfortable working with APIs.
You focus on continuous improvement - you look for ways to improve our product and how we work, and you’re open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
You are a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You’re comfortable with ambiguity and use a mix of research, data, intuition, and empathy to move work forward.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and triage incoming requests - review, refine, and prioritize tasks, balancing customer value and engineering effort.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales and CS to understand impact and manage expectations.
As an expert on our product, you will investigate data issues and own platform configurations as the technical point of contact between customers and engineering.
Proactively identify opportunities for workflow improvements.
Bridge the gap between Sales handoff and go-live - handling account configuration, data validation, and any technical blockers during onboarding.
