We are now looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Middleton team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution, cross-functional coordination, and product portfolio management—and who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving business. In this role, you will provide hands-on executional support and tactical leadership across a cross-category product portfolio. You will ensure our existing business runs smoothly while enabling continuous improvement and commercial success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, product management, new product development, or sales (consumer products preferred)
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and systems mindset
  • Collaborative communicator who works well across teams
  • Curiosity about market trends, competition, and product performance
  • Strong English communication skills required

  • Experience in related categories is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive and support key performance indicators across the cross-category portfolio
  • Initiate item setup and product modification processes, including change notices
  • Lead or support supplier transfer projects and product/packaging changes
  • Manage annual SKU rationalization and price list updates
  • Support development and maintenance of sell sheets, catalogs, and sales/training materials
  • Coordinate product samples and ensure accurate organization and system data integrity
  • Support competitive product testing and summarize insights to inform decisions
  • Maintain and continuously improve SOPs and day-to-day operational processes
  • Partner cross-functionally to execute product development programs and timelines
  • Support portfolio planning and analysis to help define how we win in the marketplace
  • Stay connected to market, consumer, retail, and macro trends to inform strategy
