About The Position

StubHub is seeking an Associate Product Manager, Paid Search / Acquisition to drive one of our core acquisition channels across StubHub and viagogo. This role will own the operating system for the Paid Search product surface, developing an experiment and delivery roadmap, coordinating cross-functionally, establishing measurement, and creating knowledge for better decision-making. The position combines product thinking with practical delivery, navigating commercial goals, technical constraints, advertising platform behavior, and data to structure a complex portfolio and ensure team agility without compromising measurement quality. The Acquisition team focuses on helping fans discover live events across StubHub and viagogo, working with Google and Microsoft Advertising to enhance campaign performance, measurement, and supporting tools for paid search at scale.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience directly managing and improving Google Ads campaigns across a large, complex portfolio, with multiple markets, high campaign volume, and automated bidding.
  • Deep practical knowledge of campaign structure, bidding and target ROAS, keywords, ads, and performance measurement.
  • Evidence of Google Ads improvements personally identified and delivered, with the ability to explain changes, rationale, measurement, and learnings.
  • Experience working with technical and operations teams to deliver improvements (from paid-search, growth, or performance marketing roles).
  • Strong analytical judgment, including assessing test results, explaining measurement limits, and connecting campaign performance to revenue and profit.
  • Clear communication and reliable follow-through, with the ability to organize work, clarify priorities, and align multiple teams.
  • An interest in developing product management skills, including problem definition, prioritization, and delivery planning.
  • Willingness to own daily coordination and documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with portfolios representing $100M+ in annual Google Ads spend is preferred.
  • Previous Product Management experience is preferred but not required.
  • Microsoft Advertising experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify improvements to campaign structure, bidding, target ROAS, keyword coverage, ad copy, and sitelinks using Google Ads experience.
  • Identify campaign improvement opportunities through analysis, testing, and deep knowledge of Google Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance, investigate problems, and recommend actions based on expected business impact.
  • Work with Engineering, Data Science, Analytical Engineering, and Operations to define clear requirements and delivery plans.
  • Manage daily coordination, including agreeing on owners and timelines, tracking dependencies, resolving blockers, and following up on decisions.
  • Maintain the experiment plan, including hypotheses, success measures, launch checks, and results, and recommend actions for expansion, change, or discontinuation.
  • Help improve measurement, dashboards, alerts, and campaign workflows.
  • Document decisions and findings for team use in future work.
