About The Position

Goldman Sachs is hiring an Associate in Product Management within Corporate Planning & Management (CPM), focused on its proprietary, in-house built Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform in the Source to Pay function. The CLM team optimizes the end-to-end contracting process across the firm, including intake, drafting, negotiation, approvals, execution, repository management, obligation tracking, and renewals or termination. The Associate will contribute to the CLM product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, delivery, testing, integration, and ongoing optimization. Working with engineering, operations, legal, compliance, procurement, business units, and senior leadership, the role helps define and execute product direction for contract lifecycle support using AI, intelligent automation, and modern engineering practices. The position also supports the platform's integration with the wider Source to Pay and ERP technology ecosystem, and helps measure product success, adoption, efficiency, and business impact.

  • Experience contributing to successful product launches in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to communicate complex issues to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize one's work, manage time, and work independently.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability.
  • Bachelor's/Undergraduate degree required.
