About The Position

The Associate Manager, Financial Planning & Reporting, partners with divisions and business units to meet financial planning and reporting requirements. Using the Business Planning & Consolidation platform, the role drives standardization and efficiency through repeatable processes. The successful candidate brings an understanding of financial planning and reporting processes and provides hands-on support in developing and documenting detailed procedures for standardized financial planning and reporting. This hybrid position is based in Flower Mound, Texas, with 10% travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing and implementing financial planning and reporting processes.
• Demonstrated ability to establish working relationships and collaborate with business leaders across multiple functional areas.
• Experience coordinating activities and initiatives across geographically dispersed teams and matrixed organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and multidimensional data models.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP BPC or Anaplan.

Responsibilities

• Lead COE Reporting Team planning and reporting processes for the commercial divisions.
• Partner with divisional and business unit finance teams on month-end reporting and projections.
• Continuously improve processes to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
• Interpret and analyze data accurately and efficiently and present it in a consumable way for decision-making.
• Establish and document standardized financial planning and reporting processes.
• Meet or exceed commitments in alignment with service level agreements.
• Enforce governance principles to maintain data integrity.
• Validate and reconcile financial information across multiple financial reporting systems.
