About The Position

MS NOW is seeking an Associate Producer to join its Podcast Unit, working across multiple podcasts and projects with a focus on news and politics. The role combines administrative and logistical support—such as organizing tape, booking studios, shipping mic kits, and maintaining calendars—with editorial production work, including fact-checking, researching, editing, and producing social clips. The Associate Producer will collaborate with podcast Producers and Coordinating Producers, typically under tight deadlines, and may contribute to development projects or lead junior-level assignments. Assignments may evolve as the needs of the unit and company change. This is an early-career role for someone with editorial promise, strong organizational skills, and logistical ability. The position is hybrid, with at least three days per week in the New York office, and may require varied shifts as news and production needs change.
