About The Position

Magnet Media is a creative studio that combines storytelling and data to help brands engage target audiences and drive business results. The Associate Producer works with internal stakeholders, production crews, and clients to help create online video and branded content for global brands. The role supports front-line communication and ideation and manages production projects, including animation, live action, and live streams. Associate Producers assist with project execution, budgeting, and scheduling.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience managing a production process for branded video content.
Ability to do some editing.
Ability to speak with clients and convey information effectively.
Knowledge of related technologies and social platforms.

Nice To Haves

Editing in Adobe Premiere.
Post-production technical experience.

Responsibilities

Assist Producers with pre- and post-production processes to ensure accurate launch, execution, and completion of project milestones.
Perform some editing.
Handle administration for assigned projects, including budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, tracking hours, and managing related deliverables.
Assess and evaluate processes and offer creative solutions for improvement.
Work with internal stakeholders, production crews, and clients on project communication and ideation.
