About The Position

As an Associate PPC Specialist, you will be the engine behind the technical and operational success of our paid search, shopping, and display campaigns. Your mission is to ensure that our campaign structures are robust and our bidding strategies are laser-focused on achieving revenue and ROAS targets. Working at the intersection of data and digital strategy, you will play a vital role in scaling customer reach and maximizing marketing spend through meticulous account maintenance, data integrity, and rigorous performance experimentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business field (Finance, E-commerce, or Marketing)
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in SEM management, analysis, or web management, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
  • Working knowledge of Paid Media (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, pMax).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

  • A Master’s degree is considered an asset.
  • You have a knack for following complex technical instructions and utilizing analytical tools to solve routine business challenges.
  • You are comfortable executing pre-defined campaigns and accurately tracking performance metrics within major advertising platforms.
  • You possess the ability to extract and aggregate data from various sources to help draw insightful conclusions.
  • You are proactive in recognizing when a decision is needed and utilize established policies to guide your choices and improve campaign health.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily paid search, shopping, and display campaigns across multiple platforms to hit sales and ROAS targets.
  • Execute continuous A/B testing on bidding strategies and creative assets to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain and optimize product data feeds within Google Merchant Center to maximize the visibility and conversion of shopping ads.
  • Review daily and weekly performance reports to ensure budget is utilized effectively and performance shifts are addressed promptly.
  • Partner with SEO, Data Science, and Marketing Tech teams to integrate PPC efforts with broader organizational strategies.
