About The Position

The Associate Owner's Representative represents SFR3/American Avenue and its commitment to residents and the community, maintaining quality standards as the company scales. The role combines hands-on maintenance and repair with property inspections, renovation oversight, quality control, estimating, and team coaching. The representative acts as the owner's presence in the field, helping teammates meet expectations while fostering accountability, motivation, and pride of ownership. The position involves daily travel between homes within the metro area, documenting property conditions and work through handheld technology, and walking properties and renovation projects to verify that work meets SFR3 standards. The representative inspects and signs off on renovated homes, helps ensure projects are completed on time and on budget, and supports the team in improving project quality and volume. This is a W-2 role with a competitive base salary, bonus potential, a gas stipend, benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k).
