About The Position

A commercial real estate owner and developer is seeking an Owner’s Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina, to oversee multifamily construction development projects. The position serves as the primary liaison between the Owner and architects, general contractors, engineers, and municipal authorities. Responsibilities include managing project budgets and schedules, conducting inspections and quality control, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing project closeout items.

Requirements

• Commercial construction experience is required.
• Proficiency in reading construction documents and blueprints and understanding building codes.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
