The Marsal Family School of Education at the University of Michigan seeks a tenure-track colleague for its graduate programs in Higher Education within the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education (CSHPE). The ideal candidate will be a policy scholar committed to advancing equity, justice, and excellence in higher education through research. Research should focus on one or more of the following areas: state or federal policy; postsecondary access and/or enrollment; and/or postsecondary outcomes. The successful candidate will build on their expertise to play a significant role in higher education scholarship, possess strong quantitative and/or mixed methods training, be able to teach courses in areas of need, and aim to influence institutional, national, and/or international policies to improve higher education. A collaborative approach and a passion for contributing to society through education are essential. The role involves upholding high standards in research, teaching, and service, and working with CSHPE colleagues to address contemporary challenges in higher education.
