About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation. In this role, you will perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature. You will receive, log, batch, and distribute work, file, photocopy, and answer phones. You will also prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. You will regularly receive direction from your supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles. You will work under close supervision following established procedures.

Requirements

6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

6+ months of Cash vault or cash handling experience
6+ months working in a production driven environment
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
10-key numerical data entry experience
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Ability to achieve goal with high production and quality standards
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
Effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Experience working in a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven environment
Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
Consumer regulatory risk management experience
