About The Position

The Operations Processor position will involve counting, sorting and entering in large cash transactions within a commercial banking vault. This role requires accurately counting, sorting, and processing cash, following all written and verbal procedures, and correctly using vault equipment (training provided). The individual must maintain a secure and organized work area and complete required paperwork and computer entries. High accuracy and quality are expected, including careful cash counting, double-checking work, immediately reporting discrepancies, and working under dual control when required, without bypassing controls or taking shortcuts. The role also requires punctuality, adherence to schedules and breaks, and following safety guidelines, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs.

Requirements

  • 6 months of cash handling experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 6+ months of Operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Lift up to 25–50 lbs

Responsibilities
