About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor to join Wells Fargo Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations. This role involves performing moderately complex operations duties within a service center or department environment. The successful candidate will need considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices. Key aspects of the role include collecting data, preparing operational reports, and preparing input forms for automated data processing systems. The position also requires coordinating projects, providing information to authorized persons, and offering guidance to employees on personnel policies and procedures, often requiring policy interpretation.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Knowledge of Cash Vault operations and controls
  • Hands-on experience with cash handling and cash vault processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications and use search tools to locate information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to interpret and follow policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to mitigate risk
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to research and resolve issues efficiently
  • 10-key and high-volume numeric data entry experience
  • Ability to actively listen, ask clarifying questions, and gather complete information
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and reports
  • Ability to meet high production and quality standards
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team; comfortable multitasking
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
  • Collect data and prepare related operational reports
  • Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
  • Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
  • Coordinate projects
  • Furnish information to authorized persons
  • Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the site in answering incoming phone calls and emails
  • Support miscellaneous tasks (i.e. Keying iCOM, C-Star/Service View cases, Outgoing Manifest, Manual Orders, EPS, Counterfeits, Equipment management, Supply Ordering)
