SUMMARY The Wholesale Lockbox Ops Processor is responsible for using the 10 key and typing skills to key dollar amounts from checks along with keying names and other data from the scanned documents.  They are also required to process documents and checks that are to be scanned on a daily basic. Work hours are designated by the Center Manager and will be changed as the workflow requires. Overtime, holiday and weekend work is mandatory as determined by the Center Manager.

Requirements

  • Wholesale Lockbox Services Department standard operating procedures
  • Wholesale Lockbox account processing procedures
  • Legal requirements constituting a good check acceptable to be deposited in the corporate customer account.
  • PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • To operate computer equipment
  • To work under pressure and produce a quality product
  • To pay close attention to detail
  • To follow procedures
  • To complete work in a timely manner and meet deadlines as assigned
  • To come to work on time and meet the department attendance standards
  • Completed High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of production experience required or the equivalent in education and experience.
  • Must be able to key 10,000 KSPH and 45WPM
  • Applicant must be available for overtime.
  • Applicant must have a proven high performance in quality and production.

Responsibilities

  • Key designated information from the scanned documents.  Quality checks batches of work and maintain your own productivity sheet.
  • Employee Quality Survey
  • Cash Management External Customer Survey
  • Work habits- Maintain quality work habits (attendance and punctuality) as outlined in the department policies.
