About The Position

This role exists to ensure loan servicing work is processed accurately, on time, and without errors. You’ll support daily operations that directly impact borrower experience and client trust. If you enjoy detail-driven work, solving account issues, and keeping processes running smoothly, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Process loan servicing transactions, including UCC filings, transfers, and account updates Handle payments, refunds, and reconciliation with a high level of accuracy Research and resolve account discrepancies, disputes, and borrower inquiries Maintain clear and complete documentation across all account activity Partner with internal teams and vendors to complete time-sensitive work What to Expect in This Role Fast-paced environment with high-volume, detail-oriented work Daily work across multiple systems, processes, and account types Frequent research and issue resolution Ongoing communication with borrowers, clients, and internal teams You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Stay accurate and organized while managing repetitive, high-volume tasks Take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution Are comfortable working across systems and learning new processes Communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats Bring consistency, reliability, and attention to detail to your work

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, banking, finance, insurance, or mortgage
  • Experience with transaction processing, account research, or loan servicing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consumer lending or student loan servicing
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or servicing platforms (Salesforce a plus)
