Job Description U.S. Bank is adding to our Titling team to provide support on title requests for our customers and sales team. Many tasks can involve complex and the need for specialize review from Loss Mitigation Specialists requests, Title Signoff reviews, Title Release tasks, lien adds, title packages and involves completing the Outstanding Title follow up.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four years or more of operations services related work experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensures all title information and details are accurate on any one title asset task.
  • Verifies, processes, and documents information relating to all aspects of standard and non-standard collateral and loan documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Releases collateral when loan is satisfied or no longer needed.
  • Accomplishes tasks within designated time frame and provides high quality customer service by responding to customer inquiries, requests and problems. Researches and resolves problems and errors with accounts.
  • Assisting in outstanding title follow up with customers by taking incoming phone calls, answering emails where customers respond to letter mailed to them.
  • Assist with matching our electronic records with our service provider platform
  • Assisting with lien add requests by working with state DMV locations.
  • Assisting with monthly projects on unidentified electronic titles, and paper titles in the cabinets.
