About The Position

TEKsystems is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Operations Processors to support a high-volume correspondence operation within a leading financial services organization. This role is critical to ensuring regulatory service level agreements (SLAs) are met and customer communications are processed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on, production-driven role ideal for individuals who thrive in structured, fast-paced environments and take pride in accuracy, reliability, and results. The team supports the Executive Complaints Management Office, which is responsible for meeting regulatory SLAs related to customer complaints. Increased correspondence volume has created the need for additional headcount to prevent SLA risk, protect customer experience, and avoid regulatory scrutiny. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and compliance outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, education, training, or military background
  • Proven experience in data entry, mail processing, scanning, printing, and filing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a results-driven, production-based role
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing desk-based work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-volume operations, processing, or clerical environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • General comfort with office equipment such as printers and scanners
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Perform moderately complex operational and clerical duties in a service center or departmental environment
  • Process high-volume correspondence, including printing, folding, stuffing, and mailing letters (up to 100+ per day)
  • Scan, file, copy, and maintain accurate physical and electronic records
  • Prepare data and input forms for automated processing systems
  • Collect information and assist with preparing operational and production reports
  • Utilize internal systems and procedures to complete daily work accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate work tasks and support operations projects as assigned
  • Provide information to authorized internal stakeholders
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain strict attention to detail, quality standards, attendance, and punctuality
