SS&C Black Diamond, a leading provider of Unique Asset Managed Services, is looking for a candidate to join its Unique Asset Managed Services Team. The focus of this position will be centered on fulfilling daily operations and deadlines. This is good opportunity to join a highly productive team in our fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This is a full-time position with some requirement for overtime and weekend work during certain times of the year. SS&C combines proprietary technology with deep industry expertise to support complex financial and health care operations. Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence. You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of real estate, minerals, loans, trust industry, oil & gas and property taxes
  • Ability to work with people to build high morale and commitments to team goals, display positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
  • Ability to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and realistic understanding of issues
  • Ability to maintain client focus and a problem-solving attitude while dealing with deadline driven, critical client needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Experience with PC, Windows-based operating environments
  • Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer appropriate solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to develop, maintain and follow recordkeeping systems and procedures
  • High School diploma
  • 3-5 years’ experience in data entry
  • Microsoft Products knowledge : Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Accurate and rapid 10 key processing and 50 words per minute typing

Responsibilities

  • Processing of revenue, expense and property tax payments
  • Client and vendor communications via email, telephone or letter
  • Assist with special project research for accounting, real estate, minerals
  • Scanning and indexing data into shared system files for accurate and efficient records storage
  • Electronic File preparation and maintenance
  • Reconciliations
  • May be to perform other miscellaneous duties as needed
