About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor to join the Wire Transfer department. The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to follow procedures, and basic computer knowledge. They should be motivated to continuously improve their efficiency and accuracy in performing each function. In this role, you will support Operations in completing complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives, contributing to the overall effectiveness of team performance. You will utilize technical expertise in the designated area to resolve escalated issues and perform complex operational and customer support tasks. Collaboration with peers, colleagues, and managers is essential for issue resolution and goal achievement. You will interact with internal customers, receive direction from leaders, and exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ Months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Must be able to attend full duration of required training period (3 weeks M-F 8AM-5PM)
• Ability to work additional hours as needed
• Must work on-site at the location posted with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum three days per week in-office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge and understanding of Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) compliance
• Ability to work with limited supervision

Nice To Haves

• Experience in wire services
• Production/operations experience
• QC/QA experience
• Working knowledge of GSMOS, Fircosoft
• MS Office skills and experience including Word and Excel
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
