Travelers is looking for an Associate Operations Account Specialist (AOAS) to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Working knowledge of standard business software, such as Microsoft Office or equivalent.
- Proficient in standard business software, such as Microsoft Office or equivalent.
- Analytical thinking and judgment to analyze and compare information.
- Time and desk management skills to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to deliver service excellence to internal and external partners to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively in team situations.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete applicable market new hire training and certification.
- Learn to manage multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout their lifecycle, including rating/pricing, quoting, issuing policies, and handling related account activities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with teammates, business partners and agents.
- Learn standardized workflows and state compliance guidelines to understand business processes.
- Analyze multiple sources of information to make sound decisions.
- Develop critical thinking and decision-making skills to enhance business partner and customer confidence.
- Execute service level commitments and deliver quality products in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
