Travelers is looking for an Associate Operations Account Specialist (AOAS) to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Working knowledge of standard business software, such as Microsoft Office or equivalent.
  • Proficient in standard business software, such as Microsoft Office or equivalent.
  • Analytical thinking and judgment to analyze and compare information.
  • Time and desk management skills to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver service excellence to internal and external partners to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively in team situations.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete applicable market new hire training and certification.
  • Learn to manage multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout their lifecycle, including rating/pricing, quoting, issuing policies, and handling related account activities.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with teammates, business partners and agents.
  • Learn standardized workflows and state compliance guidelines to understand business processes.
  • Analyze multiple sources of information to make sound decisions.
  • Develop critical thinking and decision-making skills to enhance business partner and customer confidence.
  • Execute service level commitments and deliver quality products in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
