About The Position

The Associate, Non-Self-Sustaining Advisor will support existing client relationships and source new business opportunities within the Latin America market. This role involves formulating investment views, fielding client questions about market trends, and outlining the firm's future investment thesis across various asset classes. The position also entails creating comprehensive wealth management plans for ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and select institutions, advising clients on customized strategies, and delivering the firm's investment platform, including tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning, and private banking services. The role requires creating asset allocation strategies and holistic wealth advisory recommendations.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) or Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • One (1) year of experience (with a Master’s) or three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s) in the job offered or in a related role.
  • One (1) year of experience (with a Master’s) or three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s) with overseeing capital and executing sophisticated investment strategies across global markets.
  • One (1) year of experience (with a Master’s) or three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s) with developing and implementing comprehensive investment strategies through in-depth market analysis and financial modeling.
  • One (1) year of experience (with a Master’s) or three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s) with networking with investors, scheduling strategic meetings, and building trusted relationships.
  • One (1) year of experience (with a Master’s) or three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s) with Financial and Cash management.
  • One (1) year of experience (with a Master’s) or three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s) with holding investor calls to update on the status of capital markets and investments.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time to Latin America required.

Responsibilities

  • Support existing client relationships.
  • Source and develop new business opportunities and a strong network of intermediaries in the Latin America market.
  • Formulate and express investment views for clients' portfolios.
  • Field questions for clients on market trends and outline the Firm's investment thesis for the future.
  • Create comprehensive wealth management plans for ultra-high net worth individuals and families predominantly based in Latin America, as well as select institutions.
  • Work one-on-one with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies.
  • Deliver an unparalleled investment platform inclusive of the full product and service offerings of the firm's US-based trading authorization and beyond.
  • Create asset allocation strategies and holistic wealth advisory recommendations to clients.
