About The Position
This role is for an Associate Mortgage Broker in Nova Scotia, working remotely across Canada. The position offers a competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential, aiming to help brokers grow their income significantly by automating administrative tasks and providing dedicated support. Requirements
- Originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months.
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all of your leads.
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Associate Mortgage Broker or as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union.
Responsibilities
- Automate 70% of workflow.
- Eliminate underwriting by using a proprietary auto-adjudication engine.
- Nurture client pipeline and identify new opportunities.
- Guide clients step-by-step through their application.
- Integrate Equifax soft credit checks.
- Automatically request the correct documents from clients.
- Handle compliance and FINTRAC reporting.
- Focus on building relationships and closing deals.
- Manage client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings (with support).
- Keep referral partners informed with automatic status updates.
