Job Summary The Associate is responsible for managing their respective Project Design Team. They are fully responsible and accountable for their design team staff, regularly review staffing and distribute tasks effectively and consistently with staff skillsets. By providing technical support and management resources, the Associate ensures that design decision-making and team management accountability take place. The Toronto Mechanical team has seen exceptional growth in the institutional sector over the last three years and is looking for a keen individual to continue the growth and lead the execution of some of the recently awarded projects. The institutional projects range in scale and complexity, from smaller Functional Programming and Business Case scopes to major renovations and additions.
