About The Position

As a new graduate Mechanical Analysis Engineer at ENERCON, you’ll help ensure the reliability and performance of critical energy systems. From day one, you’ll work on real engineering projects, perform technical analyses, solve complex problems, and support the safe operation of power plants and industrial facilities. Requirements

  • Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET-accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
  • A genuine interest in applying engineering principles to analyze complex mechanical systems and solve technical challenges.
  • Available to start on an agreed upon date between January 2026 and May 2027.
  • A solid working foundation with your major’s core concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
  • Ability to effectively problem solve.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
  • Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
  • Must be able to work outside.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
  • Completion of pre interview assessments.
  • College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
