Work2BeWell (W2BW) is a Providence program designed to support teens by being empowered, providing educational tools and resources, and helping to activate and empower teens, educators, and communities through its curriculum and social media campaigns. W2BW has a National Student Advisory Council, comprised of teens from across the country who help to ensure there is teen voice and perspective in all W2BW programmatic activities. The Marketing and Communications Specialist will be responsible for supporting W2BW with communication efforts including social media (e.g., FB, Twitter, IG and LinkedIn), newsletters, content planning, project management, vignettes of success, and overall community engagement. Additionally, this role will support event campaign marketing and promotion across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health and/or the emotional well-being of teens, the desire to impact communities who are traditionally disadvantaged, and experience developing and executing communications and social media strategies.
