Consumer & Shopper Insights (CSI) is a strategic business partner that works cross-functionally to enable fact-based decision making and commercial success. CSI efforts are grounded in a deep understanding of consumers, shoppers, customers, and retail dynamics. The Associate Manager, Shopper Insights role will support Shopper Insights initiatives across Newell's portfolio of brands, categories, and retail customers. Working closely with other Shopper Insights team members and sales, this role will execute research, synthesize insights, and develop customer-ready stories that support line reviews, innovation selling, category growth opportunities, and other strategic retailer engagements.
