  • Strong understanding of platform-holder compliance, linguistic QA, and internationalization testing requirements
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills, with the ability to influence across QA and localization teams
  • A solid grasp of bug taxonomy, test reporting, and issue prioritization across multiple titles or releases
  • Ability to mentor others and provide constructive feedback with clarity and empathy
  • Professional proficiency in English required
  • Bachelor's degree in localization, linguistics, game production, or a related field preferred

  • Drive QA issue resolution by escalating to the appropriate stakeholders and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Identify and suggest process or tooling improvements that enhance team productivity, bug visibility, or test accuracy
  • Participate in the selection and onboarding of QA vendor partners, and monitor contract fulfillment and delivery standards
  • Conduct regular test plan and test case reviews, and ensure documentation aligns with evolving project requirements
