Michael Kors is seeking a talented and globally-minded individual with a passion for fashion to join their creative, fast-paced environment. As the Associate Manager, Global Brand Marketing, your primary role is to support the alignment of the global marketing strategy and the implementation of global 360 brand campaigns across all regions. This role involves supporting the Director and Senior Manager with seasonal global marketing strategy, ensuring cross-functional team collaboration for cohesive presentations and plans, and leading regional support calendars for EMEA Franchise Markets, LATAM, and Mexico. You will partner with regional marketing teams to map out seasonal plans, guide these plans, and foster global alignment while supporting localized needs. Collaboration with PR, Social, Creative, Media, and VIP/Influencer teams is key to evaluating regional plans and executing global strategy effectively. You will also work closely with the EMEA Franchise Senior Manager to ensure business needs are met, oversee the Global Customer Activation Process and GWP Process with a Coordinator, and partner with Creative & Visual Merchandising teams to strategize seasonal retail activation approach. Additionally, you will manage seasonal packaging needs, oversee competitive presentations, partner on marketing support for product licensee categories, and support the Golf Ambassador program management. A key aspect of this role is to drive innovation by staying on top of trends and bringing new ideas for brand activation, as well as aiding in the development and growth of the Coordinator.
