About The Position

The Enterprise Strategy & Operations team is responsible for maximizing team performance and serving as trusted partners to sales leadership in our Enterprise Partnerships & Business Development organization. This team owns cross-functional strategic, analytic, and operational initiatives to best serve our largest revenue-driving partnerships across all geographies and business lines at DoorDash. To achieve this, the Enterprise Strategy & Operations team builds strategic plans, executes go-to-market playbooks, builds processes, and partners with cross-functional teams to solve our toughest problems. This role will own our sales reporting data and tools. You will leverage them to uncover, frame, and drive performance improvements across the sales organization and build the foundation for the tools and infrastructure to scale. This will include assessing current processes, tools and systems, building our long-term data insights strategy, leading initiatives to drive revenue and efficiency optimization, and spearheading product and data roadmapping and launches. This role sits at the intersection of our revenue generation engine and our business teams, and as such will require ruthless prioritization and data-driven decision-making to ensure our teams are working against the right goals and have the tools needed to achieve them.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales insights and analytics, sales operations, business operations, or Chief of Staff functions; high-growth startup experience is preferred
  • Experience creating and owning dashboards and using them to tell stories and help drive business decisions
  • Experienced program manager, working with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functionally to drive outcomes; able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, create action plans, report on progress
  • Problem solver who uncovers areas to improve with high bias towards proactive solutioning. Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience authoring strategic documentation and plans aligned to top company priorities

  • Devise and execute initiatives against the overall sales org strategy
  • Build the best merchant acquisition engine so DoorDash continues to offer the highest quality selection for its customers
  • Build models to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional projects with our sales, operations, product, data, and engineering teams to improve the merchant experience and optimize efficiency
