About The Position

The Associate Manager serves as the Sales Strategy & Planning (SS&P) business owner for Foodservice sales enablement information and operational execution. This role ensures that product, program, and marketing information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for seller use across internal and customer-facing touchpoints. In addition to content and readiness responsibilities, the Associate Manager supports critical sales operation’s needs, ensuring tactical details, executional processes, and cross-functional coordination required for field selling are fully met. The role partners with Marketing, BU teams, Sales, and digital platform owners—without directly owning digital systems—to maintain a consistent, sales-friendly, and operationally sound experience.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree in business-related program or equivalent combination of education and business experience.
  • 3 plus years’ professional business experience; strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to articulate business intelligence.
  • Person must be detail-oriented and a highly-skilled project manager able to manage several projects at one time.
  • Intermediate skills with computer especially with PowerPoint and Excel; Knowledge of the Tyson Business Computer Systems is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Foodservice industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement Information Management Business lead ensuring: TysonFoodservice.com and Tyson on Demand platforms content is updated, aligned, accurate, and consistent.
  • Ensure kits, creative assets, banners, and customizable templates reflect the latest product and marketing information.
  • Ensure accuracy of qualifying products, enrollment details, and categories on the TPP rebate site.
  • Maintain readiness for rebate submission windows and updates.
  • Partnering with BU/ platform owners ensuring products, program, and portfolio information for Foodservice is sales/customer‑ready
  • SKU Optimization communication lead: Create, update, and maintain sales hot sheets, sell stories, and customer-facing item/portfolio materials.
  • Improve search, navigation, and content structure within sales enablement tools to enhance seller usability.
  • Drive implementation of AI capabilities.
  • Content & Program Readiness Lead: Foodservice marketing calendar readiness, including timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional alignment that deliver strategic plan.
  • Own/Coordinate IMT sample planning and forecasts on inventory needs.
  • Support readiness for Foodservice equipment programs, ensuring launch materials and cross-functional alignment are in place.
  • Program Operations & Support: Monitor Foodservice listings, analyze trends, and identify issues requiring action.
  • Internal liaison supporting the speedy resolution of Customer Complaints.
