The Associate Manager serves as the Sales Strategy & Planning (SS&P) business owner for Foodservice sales enablement information and operational execution. This role ensures that product, program, and marketing information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for seller use across internal and customer-facing touchpoints. In addition to content and readiness responsibilities, the Associate Manager supports critical sales operation’s needs, ensuring tactical details, executional processes, and cross-functional coordination required for field selling are fully met. The role partners with Marketing, BU teams, Sales, and digital platform owners—without directly owning digital systems—to maintain a consistent, sales-friendly, and operationally sound experience.
