Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2–5 years of Category Management and/or CPG Sales experience
  • Experience working with syndicated data (e.g., Circana/IRI or similar)
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling capabilities
  • Ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional environment
  • Working knowledge of category management principles and consumer/shopper behavior

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and share customer and shopper research with retail partners to inform category planning and reviews This supports effective execution and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with retailers to develop tailored promotional and product placement strategies that align with their customer base This supports effective execution and alignment with organizational standards.
