Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Category Management, CPG Sales, or related field
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Understanding of consumer and shopper behavior
  • Knowledge of category management processes and industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and share customer and shopper research with retail partners to inform category planning and reviews This supports effective execution and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with retailers to develop tailored promotional and product placement strategies that align with their customer base This supports effective execution and alignment with organizational standards.
