About The Position

The Associate Machine Operator operates and monitors machines routinely used in production. The role may involve basic equipment setup, preventive maintenance, and finishing operations. The operator follows company values and applicable safety, environmental, security, quality, regulatory, and operating requirements. This is a first-shift position, Monday through Thursday, from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The salary range is $17.45 to $25.60 per hour.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, with training provided.
• Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Ability to read English, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions.

• Technical degree or certification.
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Integer values and applicable safety, environmental, security, quality, regulatory, company policy, and operating requirements.
• Perform basic equipment setup as needed.
• Load component materials into product-specific tools and/or perform finishing operations.
• Read and follow operating manuals, maintenance instructions, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process control documentation.
• Inspect parts visually, using a microscope when needed, and/or dimensionally to confirm conformance to requirements.
• Follow established product manufacturing documentation and complete required documentation.
• Participate in team activities focused on continuous improvement.
• Clean and maintain machinery as necessary.
• Expand skills through on-the-job training, cross-training, job rotations, and classroom instruction.
• Perform other functions as required.
