About The Position

The Associate Machine Operator operates and monitors machines routinely used in production. The role may involve basic equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance, as well as finishing operations. The operator works with close supervision and follows safety, quality, manufacturing, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Company Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
• Operate machinery used in manufacturing products with close supervision.
• Assist with basic equipment setup and/or calibration.
• Load component materials into product-specific tools and/or perform finishing operations.
• Read and follow operating manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Visually and dimensionally inspect parts to ensure they meet requirements.
• Follow established product-manufacturing documentation.
• Clean and maintain machinery as necessary.
• Perform other functions as required.
