About The Position

The Associate Machine Operator operates and monitors machines routinely used to manufacture company products. With close supervision, the role may include basic equipment setup and calibration, loading component materials into product-specific tools, performing finishing operations, and cleaning and maintaining machinery. The operator inspects parts visually and dimensionally and follows operating manuals, maintenance instructions, procedures, and established product-manufacturing documentation while meeting safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities
