About The Position

Ellie Mental Health Alpharetta North Point is hiring Associate Licensed Therapists (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT, or license-eligible in Georgia) seeking high-quality supervision, steady referrals, and a clear, supported path to full licensure. Requirements

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related mental health field.
Associate licensure (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT) or immediate license eligibility in the state of Georgia.
A strong desire to work toward full, independent licensure.
Excellent communication, boundary-setting, and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic group practice culture.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy based on clinical experience and client needs.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within our EHR system.
Active participation in individual/group supervision and team consultation meetings.
Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client goals.
Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Georgia licensure requirements.
