At ENERCON, new graduate License Renewal Engineers play a vital role in supporting the long-term safety and reliability of nuclear power facilities. From day one, you’ll be part of a team that helps clients navigate the complex license renewal and subsequent renewal processes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to the future of clean energy. You’ll gain hands-on experience developing and reviewing technical documentation, conducting research on industry codes, and preparing high-quality regulatory filings. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you’ll also help evaluate and design systems that integrate across engineering functions. With opportunities to visit plant sites, perform walk-downs, and collaborate directly with clients, you’ll build both your technical expertise and your professional confidence.
