Requirements
- Applies fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to handle incidents and requests of low to moderate complexity with routine activities that are well documented and others that are not fully documented.
- Provide Tier 2 support
- Works on one project/task at a time
- Works as a team member
- Must be within the 15% Transfer Band
- Meet Employment Standards
Responsibilities
- Delivery and support of IT products and services
- Partners with clients to understand user needs
- Resolve incidents
- Provide technical solutions
- Plan and deliver a diversity of IT services to end users
- Off the shelf software application configuration and implementation
- Configuration of standard personal computing, peripheral and mobile devices.
