Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (IP&S)
About The Position
Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (IP&S) to support Airforce or Navy programs in Hazelwood/Berkely, Missouri. This role involves supporting Domestic & International Military Aircraft Programs by developing, coordinating, and integrating program plans/schedules. The specialist will analyze program schedule data to determine impacts and constraints related to product development, production rates, process improvement, and program initiatives. Additionally, they will identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and establish lead time requirements. A key aspect of the role is facilitating the integration of project/program plans, managing schedule changes, and baseline management, while acting as the primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
Requirements
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management and self-managing projects
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Open Plan Professional, Primavera, Milestone Pro, Microsoft Project etc.)
- Experience working on DoD programs
