About The Position

The Associate III (Stylist) serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who helps customers select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The Stylist works with customers to discover and express their personal style and demonstrates how Kate Spade products can be incorporated into their existing wardrobe. The role combines customer engagement and styling with sales, brand storytelling, and retail operations.

Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency or local-language proficiency, as applicable to the market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, as well as climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Provide styling advice, suggest add-on products, and create complete looks.
Show creative ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles.
Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
Reinforce and celebrate customer choices and invite customers to return.
Drive results through customer connections and storytelling.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and product attributes across all categories.
Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner.
