About The Position

The Associate I, Retail Sales Floor ensures the sales floor is well stocked, organized, presentable, and clean, including restrooms. The role involves bringing processed clothing to the sales floor, merchandising and refreshing products, and assisting customers with responsive communication and excellent service. The associate may also support production and other departments as needed. The position is part-time at the Highlands Ranch Store and pays $16.58 per hour. It is eligible for DailyPay, a voluntary benefit that allows employees to access their pay on their own schedule.

Nice To Haves

• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Prior visual merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed productivity standards and key performance indicators for assigned duties.
• Price merchandise according to Goodwill quality and value standards, researching item values online or using company tools and standards as appropriate.
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized by cleaning shelves and racks, picking items up from the floor, putting away products from racks, carts, and baskets, and returning unwanted items to their proper places.
• Merchandise sales floor areas according to standards, including categorizing, colorizing, and sizing products; flex product placement to improve the shopping experience and increase sales.
• Communicate targeted sales-floor needs to the manager on duty to assist production.
• Provide excellent service to customers and staff by following the 10-foot rule and answering product questions.
• Rotate or remove old and unsold products from the sales floor in a timely manner to refresh product selection.
• Identify and pull e-commerce products from the sales floor.
• Follow retail center policies, procedures, and safety processes.
• Cross-train in other departments or areas and provide backup as required.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
