Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a polite and friendly approach.
- Seat guests in their desired place in a coordinated manner.
- Hand to-go orders to guests.
- Take guest information and quote wait times accurately.
- Manage table setups and arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with other departments.
- Assist other departments as assigned by management (e.g., making beverages, running food/beverages, clearing plates).
- Keep restaurant common areas clean and tidy.
- Support other tasks as needed.
- Perform opening/closing and on-shift side work and maintenance properly.
- Wear a friendly smile throughout the shift.
