The Associate, HR Resource Planning, will be responsible for assisting with the payment of invoices for all employee benefit plans including the funding of various accounts for the payment of claims. This role is responsible for ensuring all payments are accurate and timely. The role requires the individual to generate self-billing reports for some of the monthly payments. In addition, the Associate will assist in developing and tracking the annual corporate benefits budgets, as well as the departmental and capital budgets including the creation of presentations and other required materials. This position will also take on additional tasks assigned by the Section Manager, HR Resource Planning. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
