An Operations Resource Planning Analyst is responsible for forecasting workloads, providing staffing to meet demands, and developing operational plans related to staff and budget. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and a strong communicator, with experience in forecasting, inter-departmental communication, and addressing critical resource requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competency with MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse a product or process and recommend improvements.
  • Possesses the ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the details.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Ability to plan, be alert, and resolve unexpected problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team and independently.
  • Ability to learn and share knowledge with other team members.
  • Strong communication, organization, and planning skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of experience related to Technology and Business/Systems Analysis preferred.
  • Ground Handling/Aviation experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, data modelling, and data mapping is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Working with staff from other departments as necessary to collect and summarize data.
  • Routinely reviewing data and schedules to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors to address them properly.
  • Using computer software programs to manipulate data extracted.
  • Sending out daily, weekly, and monthly reports to key company executives and leadership team.
  • Supporting software development deployment activities.
  • Creates metrics to provide teams and the organization with relevant feedback.
  • Escalating risks, issues and roadblocks.
